Planning for a Global Energy Park, a physical space dedicated to innovation in global energy needs which will focusing on industry, research and education and be built on a 9.37 acre site next to Nexus partner, NREL. Initial planning has been underway since early 2021, with Nexus co-director Ryan Richards as part of that committee.

This week comes the “Invitation to Negotiate”  Call for Developers – Build a Global Energy Business Park | Department of Personnel & Administration (colorado.gov)

Submissions must go through the State of Colorado’s Vendor self service site.

The Global Energy Park was first announced in October 2021 by Gov. Polis.
